Entering via Hay St:

1. Turn right onto Alvan St
2. Turn left into Railway Rd
3. Turn right onto Outridge Crescent (This is a cul-de-sac).
4. Turn left at end of the road, and drive up the carpark ramp.
5. Park in the visitor bay named “Prospera Partners” on your left hand side.

Entering via Roberts Rd:

1. Turn right onto Alvan St (1st right after Centro Ave/Roberts Rd Intersection).
2. Turn right into Railway Rd.
3. Turn right into Outridge Crescent (this is a cul-de-sac).
4. Turn left at end of the road, and drive up the carpark ramp.
5. Park in the visitor bay named “Prospera Partners” on your left hand side.

If you have parked in the visitor bay:

1. Enter the ground floor lobby via the glass doors where the street number 431 is displayed.
2. Call the elevator and press level 1.
3. As you exit the lift on level 1, take a sharp right turn where you will enter a glass door.
4. Press the doorbell and reception will attend to you.

If you are arriving from Roberts Road:

1. Enter via the glass door labelled B9, and take the stairs to level 1.
2. Press the doorbell and reception will attend to you.
